- Own and drive Phiture’s recruiting process
- Manage end to end recruiting
- Develop a long term recruiting strategy in collaboration with our Head of HR and continuously improve our existing recruiting process
- Active outreach via LinkedIn and set up of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Research and identify recruiting best practises
- Create an outstanding candidate experience for every applicant
- Build and maintain our qualified candidate talent pools
- In cooperation with our departments, you will find the best talents and ‘team fits’.
- Attend recruiting events and act as our own brand ambassador.
- Ensure transparency in the recruiting process through bi-weekly reports and market analytics
