Account Project Director (m/f/d)

What to expect
What you’ll do
  • Own and steer the smooth running of the account working with consultants, designers, translators, and other teams.
  • Ensure reliable account forecasting and team planning as well as controlling client KPIs.
  • Develop account strategy and goals to help achieve the client's KPIs in cooperation with consultants and directors. 
  • Working across the client portfolio, plan and implement long-term strategies. 
  • Work with key stakeholders on the client-side to identify upcoming tasks and project needs. Obtaining all information the team needs to drive results.
  • Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies to increase the success of the client’s project and to ensure communication between the client and Phiture is clear, professional, and productive aiding further success.
  • Training team members on newly implemented processes and proper project management. 
  • Attend client meetings, scope client projects driving success for the client and Phiture, Own the preparation of client meetings.
  • Manage and mentor 2 junior project managers on the account
What you bring to us
  • With at least 5 years of experience in Account & Project Management, you understand the digital landscape from an agency or client viewpoint.
  • You have an open and collaborative leadership style, you motivate and inspire others. 
  • You understand the challenges large corporations face, have a profound understanding of the digital landscape, and are able to identify how we can help them. You love to dig into the details and complexity of our clients’ worlds and to collaborate hands-on with the teams.
  • With great data skills and analysis, this informs all your strategies. 
  • You have significant work experience in the field of digital project management in an international digital marketing environment. You are confident in planning and strategizing at a senior level. Experience in working in corporate environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you interact confidently in an international and intercultural dynamic surrounding and are experienced in presenting and communicating professionally to clients. 
  • Mobile marketing experience is required with Mobile Marketing knowledge and ASO experience being an advantage.
